DEPOSIT POLICYAll deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your training seat and cover administrative preparation costs.
RESCHEDULING POLICYStudents may reschedule once with minimum 14 days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests within 14 days may be subject to administrative fees.
CANCELLATION POLICYFull tuition payments (excluding deposit) may be eligible for credit toward a future training date if cancellation occurs 21 days prior to the course.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Who Can Apply
Eligibility varies by course. Applicants may include:
• Registered Nurses (RN, RPN, NP)

• Dentists
• Regulated Healthcare Professionals
• Medical Aestheticians (for laser & skin programs)
• Spa Professionals (for non-injectable programs)
Injectables courses require appropriate medical licensure and compliance with provincial scope of practice regulations.
